Sales & Marketing Support Administrator
Ioka Marketing is seeking a skilled and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team. This person should have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good sense of humor to complement our office team’s thriving culture. High follow thru with attention to detail, and be flexible and eager to learn.
Strong technology skills in Microsoft office suite. Ability to be a part of a fast-paced office team and maintain a positive attitude. A 4-year degree or equivalent office experience is preferred as well as a background with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting and providing exceptional customer service to customers and vendors, input and process customer orders for sales team, and collaborate with other members of Ioka marketing and Farms daily.
Full-time position requires seasonal schedule flexibility, and occasional domestic travel for industry training. The ideal candidate will appreciate cooperation that requires on site work at rural office, with beautiful views of Oregon agriculture.

Seasonal Positions
We have seasonal positions with the farm. We start taking applications March 1st for these positions but do accept applications year-round.
Please note, any equipment operations between the ages of 14-17 are required to have completed and passed a tractor safety training program. You can find more information regarding these programs at:
